Geraldine DeLuca, a friend who lives in the USA, and I live in the UK. During covid lockdown, we agreed to compassionately share and witness each others' experiences, meditation and creative activities via email and Zoom. Guidelines were needed, so we created a simple framework. We both found it an incredibly supportive and nourishing practice.
